Downey Regional Medical Center Partners with Cymetrix to Implement Revenue Cycle Solutions


DOWNEY and IRVINE, Calif. (April 22, 2009) - Downey Regional Medical Center (DRMC) has signed an agreement to outsource its patient financial services to Cymetrix. Under the terms of the partnership, Cymetrix will manage all operations of the DRMC patient financial services function, from billing to final account resolution, from its Los Angeles Business Processing Center.

With its unique combination of people, processes and advanced technology, Cymetrix will transform DRMC's back office by using its proven Comprehensive Revenue Cycle Management (CRCM) model to increase productivity and net revenue.
