John Nulty selected to enhance Cymetrix’s capacity to provide hospitals and healthcare networks with comprehensive revenue cycle solutions and business process outsourcing
IRVINE, Calif. (Oct. 30, 2007) - CymetrixSM, a leader in providing hospitals with revenue cycle management solutions, announced today the appointment of John Nulty to the position of Senior Vice President of Business Development. In this new role, Nulty will be working closely with President and CEO Michael Halberda to oversee Cymetrix’s strategic business development initiatives. In addition, Nulty will expand on the success of Cymetrix’s Comprehensive Revenue Cycle Management model (CRCM). Nulty will be based at the company’s corporate headquarters in Irvine, Calif.
"John brings to Cymetrix a proven ability to build and inspire sales teams, as well as a deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle," said Halberda. "I am confident that with these skills, along with extensive knowledge of business process outsourcing services, he will make a significant contribution within our organization and to the industry."
In his most recent role as Client and Sales Executive at Perot Systems, Nulty and his team were responsible for development and strategic negotiations of large, national business process outsourcing engagements. Prior to Perot, Nulty held senior-level sales positions with Trizetto, Per-Se Technologies (later Medephis) and McKesson (formerly HBOC). Nulty also has experience working on the hospital side as an Assistant Administrator during his employment at Hospital Corporation of America and as a consultant with Ernst & Young, he played a large role in the strategic planning of the hospitals revenue cycle and IT departments.

Nulty holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Health Administration from Duke University.
